At The Great Divide, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, tagged merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to your nearest authorized courier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
